Times:   6:00pm Cocktails
             7:30pm Dinner
             8:30pm Lumen Awards Presentation
             9:30pm AfterGlow

Shuttle Buses: 9:00pm to Midnight

- Shuttle bus transportation will be provided to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and local subways after the Lumen Awards program through the end of AfterGlow.

Lumen Gala Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to Lumen Gala tickets there are sponsorship opportunities. Your generous contributions help fund the Lumen Awards and help the Lumen Program contribute financial support to over 24 IESNYC programs annually.

Sunset Cocktail Party Sponsor: Host cocktails, appetizers, and a spectacular waterfront view, perfect to meet old acquaintances and meet new friends.

Lumen Dinner Flower Sponsor: Create ambiance, sparkling atmosphere and set an elegant table.

AfterGlow Party Sponsor: The night does not end, until a new one begins. Dancing, cocktails, and dessert continue the evenings celebration of the entire lighting design community.

Shuttle Bus Sponsor: Shuttle bus transportation will be provided to Grand Central, Penn Station, and local subways after the Lumen Awards program until midnight.

Lumen Journal Ad Sponsor: In conjunction with the Lumen Awards, the IESNYC publishes a Lumen Journal, the event program which includes the annual directory of members, manufacturers, reps, distributors and contractors.
