Short film of candid interviews with some of the founding members of lighting design. See how it started in New York City, offering a glimpse of some of the fascinating and inspiring moments told by the women themselves. The series of interviews T.A.L.K. (Tell, Archive, Listen and Keep), is an IES New York City Section's History Committee production.

The mission of the History Committee is to interview current practitioners, and to give homage to the pioneers in this industry by crediting their inventions, innovations and their part in evolving future of our industry.
